Yes! You can always subscribe or make a one-time purchase for someone else, and we offer eGift cards that can be emailed to the recipient(s) of your choice.

Your first subscription order and all one-time purchases ship out within 3 business days. Subsequent monthly bags for subscriptions ship during the last week of each month after roasting, usually in the last day or 2. We ship via USPS First Class in most instances so your coffee should be delivered to you 1-3 days from the date of your shipping notification, but timing may vary.

Yes! We offer free shipping on subscriptions of 2+ monthly bags and one-time purchases of 2+ bags. You'll see this automatically applied during checkout. *US orders only at this time

You can track your order anytime using the tracking link in an email titled "A shipment from order # is on the way" sent from us. If you can't find it or need further assistance, please email support@drewcoffee.co.

In most cases, it's still on its way. In our experience, when there are no tracking updates, it means USPS has yet to scan your package but it's still on its way. We've even seen orders show no tracking updates right up until the date of delivery, so don't worry if you still don't see one a few days after ordering. If you haven't seen any tracking movement within 3 business days after your order has shipped, please let us know so we can help.

For subscriptions, we accept most credit and debit cards, and Google Pay. For one-time purchases, we also accept additional express checkout methods such as PayPal and ShopPay.

Our return policy is simple. If you're not 100% happy with your coffee, email us at help@drewcoffee.co and we'll replace it or refund you.

We focus on our online DTC business, but if you'd like to serve Drew at your cafe or retail shop please reach out to support@drewcoffee.co to discuss opportunities to work together.

Great question! Through our partnership with global reforestation non-profit One Tree Planted, we make a donation for each bag sold that covers the cost to plant a tree in one of their various reforestation initiatives across the world. They currently plant trees in North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Pacific.

Organic: Yes! We do offer certified organic options and are pushing for a future where all our options carry this certification. While some currently do not, our coffees are organically farmed in most instances.

Fair Trade: Yes! We do offer certified Fair Trade options. As we place a great amount of emphasis on sustainability, our coffees that do not carry the certification are directly sourced from smallholder producers who receive premiums for the coffee they supply so they can reinvest in their businesses, and support their families & communities.

Yes! You can choose a grind style from the drop down when selecting your coffee. We currently offer options to accommodate drip, pour over, french press & espresso brew methods.

At this time we're only offering caffeinated options, but always open to exploring decaf with enough demand. Want us to offer decaf? Let us know!
