We air roast all our coffees. It's faster & cleaner than traditional drum roasting and produces a more consistent coffee batch after batch. Many also believe it creates a smoother, less bitter taste.

Direct from Small Producers

Our beans are sourced directly from smallholder producers around the world (growing on 10 hectares or less) and we pay premium prices to help them reinvest in their businesses, and support their families & communities.

Biodegradable & Compostable Packaging

We use biodegradable & compostable bags and labels. Our shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled materials (95% PCW!), and even the kraft tape we use is made from renewable materials.
